We extend a warm welcome you to at The Inn at Kingsbarns

It’s an exciting time for the Inn at Kingsbarns: As part of an ambitious project to revitalise The Inn and create more facilities for the village, it has been purchased as a community buyout by the Kingsbarns Community Development Trust and is now under new leadership with General Manager Mark Lewis, at the helm, who is looking forward to extending a warm welcome to everyone.

The Inn is already a popular destination with the local community and guests from further afield. It will maintain its standing as a traditional, charming village Inn, and gradually expand its offerings to include a shop and café in the future. The community buyout is a first step in this process.

The Inn has five deluxe ensuite bedrooms, which consist of two-family rooms sleeping four persons with a king-size bed and two single beds, two deluxe king-size rooms and one super king-size room. All our beds have Egyptian cotton bedding, excellent Wi-Fi connections, comfy chairs, flat screen TVs, mini fridge, and ironing facilities. We can accommodate groups of up to 14 guests across all five bedrooms.

The Inn offers local and seasonally available food in The Scranhoose restaurant, which we hope you will enjoy perhaps with a dram or two with family and friends in our Coorie Inn bar. Or why not step outside for an alfresco drink or snack and good company in our west facing sun trap beer garden.

TThe Inn at Kingsbarns is sustainable and, where possible, source our ingredient's as locally as we can from butchers, farmers, fruit, and vegetable farms of which we luckily have in abundance in the East Neuk of Fife.

Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay free of charge in our bedrooms (only one dog per room allowed). We ask that owners of large dogs call us to make sure they are suitable for the bedrooms and the Inn's public areas.

The World famous Kingsbarns Golf Links is but 5 mins away, with Crail, the world’s seventh oldest Golf Links Club, 10 mins away. The Castle Links Course, and the most famous Golf Course in the World, St Andrews Golf Links, are just 15 minutes away, all by car.

Local attractions include the traditional fishing villages of Crail, Pittenweem, St Monans and Anstruther, with the award winning Kingsbarns Beach, The Secret Bunker, Cambo House and Gardens, Kingsbarns Whisky and Gin Distillery, and the Fife Coastal Path.
